We specialize in custom jewelry here at MUSE. Working closely with local artists and our customers allows us to create the jewelry you dream up. Whether you know exactly what you’d like or you are totally overwhelmed by the idea of designing jewelry, we are here to advise you from the very beginning of the process to the end. We can work with stones you may already own or source stones for you from our local gemstone supplier. In many cases, you can hand pick the exact stones for your project. We also offer metal upcylcing should you have family jewelry you’d like to melt down and rework into new jewelry.
Custom Jewelry Policies
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom and special orders
- We will provide up to three custom jewelry designs, with one change made to each. Any designs or changes after that will be done at a rate of $50 an hour. All design fees can be applied to the final project if approved and are waived for projects totaling more than $10,000.
- MUSE is not responsible for any damage that may occur during repair, re-setting or upcycling of any jewelry
